The MAN Secretariat oversees all operations handling crucial tasks such as creating and developing investment opportunities, identifying and evaluating entrepreneurs, and handling communications, membership drives, and public relations. They also organize pitch sessions, assist investors with deal closures, and ensure adherence to deal flow processes. The Secretariat manages due diligence, post-investment support, and coordination for board meetings and progress reporting. Annual meetings with investors and quarterly progress reports are part of their duties. The governance is overseen by the MiZone Board of Directors. Since all investment decisions are made by each individual member, the MAN Secretariat including committee members are not responsible for any liability related to investment decisions or  investment outcomes.
