Malabar Entrepreneurship Innovation Zone is a sector 8 Non-Profit Organisation dedicated to fostering successful startup entrepreneurs with innovative business proposals that leverage disruptive advances in information technology. Their primary goal is to unlock new business opportunities relevant to the Indian context, thereby creating employment and driving economic and social development in the Malabar region. Malabar Angel Network (MAN) operates as a business division within this framework.

Kerala’s commendable achievements in the field of education and literacy are not matched by the employment generation of the state, and the state’s rural unemployment is sky rocketing. Our main focus is to generate employment via the promotion of business opportunities, by providing undisruptive advances in information technology preferably relevant to the Indian context, thereby enhancing the socio-economic development of Malabar region. The zone serves as a new pathway to tap the rural talents and utilise their potential for India’s growth. It accommodates incubators and accelerators and provides all the basic amenities required for the growth and advancement of startups. It wishes to create yet another peer group of entrepreneurs and support them to accomplish their dreams.
